Can you imagine learning the secrets of natural cooking from an expert in the field?
Javier Zanón is, and will be next Saturday, April 6, in Tarifa teaching a workshop on vegetable and vegetable preservation techniques. The proposal also has a charitable character because 10 of the € 12 that the registration costs will go to the Fee Animal Protection Commission.
The plan is: to learn more about healthy eating, to taste what the “eco chef” does, and to collaborate with the volunteers who care for abandoned animals. Come on, an appetizing proposal in more ways than one.
All the details are on the poster. Javier Zanón has been trained in plant nutrition and has graduated from Raw and Living Foods with Renée Loux at the Natural Gourmet Institute of New York. He is a member of Ecochef and a regular contributor to the Ecocenter in Tarifa.
The workshop will take place between 18:00 and 20:00.
