Bhakti, Kirtan and Nada Yoga, are less known than Hatha Yoga in the West and instead are one of their most precious jewels and one of the most powerful ways for self-realization, helps us understand the meaning of creation and the relationship that the human being has with her as creator and Being created.
In this workshop we delve deeper into the experience of Bhakti Yoga and the healing power of sound, especially our own voice.
We use ancient sacred words in the so-called golden tongues, which have been sung for thousands of years awakening the human being through time.
We explore body and vocal resonances, which unlock mind and body from their limitations to life and fulfillment.
We play and explore with the body to know ourselves better and develop the potential of our physical as a temple of the soul, and to help us find the origin of our voice that hides in the depth of our essence and manifests as the last expression of the physical body ,.
This workshop opens the door to a new path in our lives and in the practice of Yoga, or meditation if you have it. The mantra can be meditated internally, whispered or sung, in this workshop we experience the three ways to understand how it affects us and have our own experience of singing and meditation.
We enter with the vibration of the voice in a journey to the heart, which heals us and gives us great revelations as well as rediscover our potential in life.
