The Cultural Association “Tarifa Siglo XXI” organizes an exhibition of macro photos of Antonio Meléndez Morales: “Walking through the Olive Grove”. The inauguration will be on Friday 16 at 20 hours. It will be exposed in the Real Prison Prison from August 16 to 25. Visiting hours will be from 8 pm to 10 pm.
It is an exhibition with didactic purposes that aims to arouse attention on the deterioration of the natural environment and instill in the public, through the beauty of a world in which we hardly repair when we walk through the countryside, respect for nature. The sample tries to point out that without plants life on earth would not be possible and that insects are absolutely essential for natural balance. Through more than fifty photos taken in the Olive Grove, allusive explanatory panels and several videos also made with photos taken in the Olive Grove, it is intended to draw attention to this natural space so attached to the history of Tarifa.
