This Golden sandy beach runs from the island to the football field, has an average width of 120 metres and is very popular since it is close to the town centre.
There are several entryways and there is parking along the promenade, as well as several beach bars located along its nearly 2.5 kilometres. There are showers and babysitters on the games centre for small children.
You may surf close to the Island during the winter months. No pets are allowed on site and you may get there by car or even walk from the town.
